The modular design of the Kinetic Streamer©
System provides the means to interface with other existing process
equipment, enhancing both operational and financial performance of that
equipment. In this way, present facilities such as clean
materials recovery facilities are not made obsolete, but can be
integrated with the key components of Kinetic Streamer© System.
COMPOSTING SYSTEMS
Following the
removal of organic fractions from household waste, this material can be
composted by one of several processes ranging from low cost windrows to
mechanical or in-vessel processes.
COMBINED
HEAT & POWER (C.H.P.)
Following
separation of the high calorific components, i.e. paper, plastic film
and textiles, the opportunity to utilize these elements as a fuel for
C.H.P. production are numerous and include:

BRING-BANKS/RECYCLING CENTERS FOR
COMMINGLED RECYCLABLES

containers and one common container to receive mixed papers, mixed cans,
plastic bottles and textiles
COMMINGLED RECYCLABLES / BLUE BOX
CURBSIDE SYSTEMS
Household waste
that is collected separately from the regular disposable collection
system and deposited in a common container would contain: Paper and
textiles (kept dry in plastic bags); Loose mixed cans; Plastic bottles
